[ Chiron and Sebastian haven't been out away from BASE terribly long—Only a day or so at this point. The first day is uneventful, and largely consists of hiking and marveling at the strange, yet beautiful sights that this place holds. So while it's quiet, it's hardly uninteresting. The second day takes them towards water, and preferring the slight openness of the terrain by the shores of the lake, Sebastian had been the one to suggest taking that route. They're not so close to the water that their feet would sink in the softer ground, but it's only a stone's throw away.
There's also been light conversation, since considering their conversations in Gallipoli, they both probably have a fair amount of curiosity about the other. Something rustles in the taller reeds by the shore, and Sebastian pauses and looks that way curiously. He's not quite worried about what they might encounter, since wildlife is a bit easier to deal with, in his opinion... But he'll still err on the side of caution all the same. ]
It seems we may have stumbled across something. [ He looks to Chiron as he adjusts his pack on his back as if to make it sturdier. ] Shall we take a look?
