[Normally Dorian would balk at the notion of anyone touching his face in any respect, but John had the special privileges that most people didn't have when it come to where he could touch the altus and when he could touch him. So instead of his usual reaction Dorian's lip quirked into the direction of John's finger, grinning at the touch instead.
