There's a very small laugh that responds, before Chiron's needle tries to repair one of the smallest torn tendons. The size only allows for two stitches, and Chiron's face screws up in concentration as he tried to space them evenly apart. He's satisfied only after a few minutes of staring into the wound and shifting so that he isn't blocking his own light.
Then that gets tied off too and he moves on.
