Unfortunately, it's a circumstance of where we are.
( angela wished that it was not, that they were somewhere that would allow her patients to recover with less risk of infection or further disease, but battlefields were not ideal locations )
Though we keep it as clean as we can.
( though injuries would still cause blood )
