Pinning the agent is no easy task; he (or she?) fights her by twisting her body and lurching forward, attempting to throw Samus off. It's easy to feel that and Samus is regrettably lighter than she looks--she's hefted up a few inches and it's through quick thinking she's able to hook her feet around the Regency's shins. She goes no higher. The Regency agent concedes and Samus shuffles and tries to get her own feet back to earth. It's certainly enough of a distraction and while Samus can't see it coming she feels the raw force of 76 slugging hard on that dog mask. Between Samus on her back and the webbing at her feet, the Regency agent stumbles and struggles to keep her balance. Incredibly, she does not fall. In another circumstance, Samus would be impressed.

"Keep going!" Samus tightens her grip and isn't afraid to take a tumble with the agent if it means bringing her down, but she's not down yet. Not at all.
